Servicing Certification Clause Samples
The Servicing Certification clause requires a party, typically a servicer in a financial or loan agreement, to formally attest to the accuracy and completeness of their servicing activities and records. This often involves submitting periodic certifications or reports confirming compliance with contractual obligations, such as proper handling of payments, maintenance of records, and adherence to relevant laws or standards. By mandating such certifications, the clause ensures accountability and transparency in servicing operations, helping to prevent errors, mismanagement, or fraud.
