Servicing Compensation and Assignment of Interchange. (a) The share of the Servicing Fee allocable to Series 1999-I with respect to any Transfer Date (the "Investor Servicing Fee") shall be equal to one-twelfth of the product of (i) the Series Servicing Fee Percentage and (ii) the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the last day of the Monthly Period preceding such Transfer Date; provided, however, that with respect to the first Transfer Date, the Investor Servicing Fee shall be equal to $2,208,333.
