Servicing Compensation and Master Servicing Compensation. (a) As compensation for its services hereunder, each Servicer shall be entitled to withdraw from the applicable Collection Account or to retain from interest payments on the related Mortgage Loans, the amount of its Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan serviced by it, less any amounts in respect of its Servicing Fee payable by such Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05(d)(vi). The Servicing Fee for each Servicer is limited to, and payable solely from, the interest portion of such Scheduled Payments collected by such Servicer or as otherwise provided in Section 3.08(a).
