Servicing Compensation; Payment of Certain Expenses by Master Servicer. The Master Servicer shall receive the Monthly Servicing Fee for servicing the Receivables. As additional servicing compensation, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to receive or retain the Supplemental Servicing Fee. The Master Servicer shall pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with the activities under this Agreement (including fees and expenses of the Trustees, the Independent accountants and any subservicer, taxes imposed on the Master Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to Securityholders and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement to be for the account of the Securityholders), except expenses incurred in realizing upon Receivables under Section 3.04.
