Servicing Compensation; Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer. The Servicer shall receive the Monthly Servicing Fee for servicing the Receivables. As additional servicing compensation, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive or retain the Supplemental Servicing Fee. The Servicer shall pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with the activities under this Agreement (including the Independent accountants and any subservicer, taxes imposed on the Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to Securityholders and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement to be for the account of the Securityholders), except expenses incurred in realizing upon Receivables under Section 3.04.
