Servicing Compensation: Payment of Certain Expenses by Xxxxxx Mae. As compensation for its activities and obligations hereunder with respect to the Mortgage Loans Xxxxxx Xxx shall be entitled to the amounts provided for in the Sale and Servicing Agreement. Xxxxxx Mae shall pay all expenses incurred by it hereunder in connection with its servicing activities and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor out of proceeds of the Mortgage Loans. Additional servicing compensation in the form of prepayment charges, assumption fees, late payment charges or otherwise shall be retained by Xxxxxx Xxx.
