Servicing Conversion Fees. Upon written direction from the Authority to the Trustee, moneys in the Collection Fund shall be used on any Business Day to pay to the Backup Servicer, when due, the one-time fees and expenses, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, associated with the conversion of the Financed Eligible Loans from the Servicer to the Backup Servicer.
