Common use of Servicing Fee and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Servicing Fee and Expenses. As compensation for the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive on each Distribution Date the Total Servicing Fee. Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, the Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement (including fees and disbursements of the Indenture Trustee and independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to Securityholders and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement to be for the account of the Securityholders).

Servicing Fee and Expenses. As compensation for the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive on each Distribution Date the Total Servicing Fee. In addition, the Servicer shall retain as servicing compensation all amounts other than the Lease Contract Payments received in connection with the Lease Contracts. Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, the Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement (including fees and disbursements of the Indenture Trustee and independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to Securityholders and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement to be for the account of the Securityholders).and
