Common use of Servicing Function Participant Clause in Contracts

Servicing Function Participant. Any Subservicer or Subcontractor, other than each Servicer, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator or the Trustee, that is participating in the servicing function within the meaning of Regulation AB, unless such Person’s activities relate only to 5% or less of the Mortgage Loans.
