Common use of Servicing of Participation, Acquired and Assigned Loans Clause in Contracts

Servicing of Participation, Acquired and Assigned Loans. With respect to Participation Loans, Acquired Loans and Assigned Loans, the Servicer shall: (i) segregate all Loan Files with respect to such Loans; (ii) keep separate records with respect to such Loans; and (iii) identify each such Type of Loan on the Servicing Reports required hereunder with respect to such Loans.
