Common use of Servicing of Transactions Clause in Contracts

Servicing of Transactions. Company shall, pursuant to the Service Agreement, provide general administrative services, including billing and collecting all Payments, fulfilling the obligations as lender, lessor and/or owner, as the case may be, under the Transactions, the enforcement of Financing Party’s rights under the Transaction Documents and/or this Agreement and the taking of such other actions that may be necessary to protect Financing Party’s rights and interest in and to the Transactions and/or the Delivery Vehicles in accord with the Service Agreement.
