Servicing Rights Transferred. The Department shall obtain all rights to service such Loan and any existing servicing agreement shall automatically terminate on and as of the applicable Put Date, unless the Department otherwise instructs as soon as reasonably practicable but not less than five (5) Business Days prior to the applicable Put Date.
