Common use of Servicing Tape Clause in Contracts

Servicing Tape. On or prior to the [***] of each calendar month, each Seller Party will furnish to Administrative Agent (i) an electronic Purchased Mortgage Loans and Contributed Assets performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports and volume information, broken down by product (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge off reports) and (ii) electronically, in a format mutually acceptable to Administrative Agent and such Seller Party, servicing information, including, without limitation, those fields reasonably requested by Administrative Agent from time to time, on a loan by loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loans and Contributed Assets serviced by such Seller or any Servicer for the month (or any portion thereof) prior to the Reporting Date. In addition to the foregoing information on each Reporting Date, each Seller Party will furnish to Administrative Agent such information upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
