Servicing Transfer Instructions. In connection with each transfer of the Mortgage Servicing Rights from Seller to Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement, Seller and Purchaser shall follow the Servicing Transfer Instructions and the Servicing Agreements in all material respects. In any instance in which the Servicing Transfer Instructions conflict with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
