Servicing Transfer Provisions. On or prior to the related Transfer Date the Seller shall, at its sole cost and expense take such steps as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and evidence the transfer of the servicing of the Mortgage Loans to the Purchaser, or its designee, including but not limited to the following: On the Transfer Date, the Seller shall comply with all of the provisions of Section 5 of the Purchase Agreement to effect a complete transfer of the Servicing Rights. On the related Transfer Date for each Mortgage Loan, this Agreement, except for Articles VI, VIII, IX and X which shall survive the Transfer Date, shall terminate.
