Servicing Transmission. Seller shall provide to Buyer on a monthly basis no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time two (2) Business Days prior to the 10th of each calendar month (i) the Servicing Transmission, on a loan-by-loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Loans serviced hereunder by Seller which were funded prior to the first day of the current month, summarizing Seller’s delinquency and loss experience with respect to such Loans serviced by Seller (including, in the case of such Loans, the following categories: current, 30-59, 60-89, 90-119, 120-180 and 180+) and (ii) any other information reasonably requested by Buyer with respect to the Loans.
