Common use of Servicing Transmission Clause in Contracts

Servicing Transmission. Seller shall provide to Buyer on a monthly basis no later than 11:00 a.m. New York City time two (2) Business Days prior to each Repurchase Date (or such other day requested by Buyer) (i) the Servicing Transmission, on an asset-by-asset basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Loans serviced hereunder by Seller which were funded prior to the first day of the current month, summarizing (A) Seller delinquency and loss experience with respect to Loans serviced by Seller (including, in the case of the Loans, the following categories: current, 30-59, 60-89 and 90+) and (B) any Mortgagor that is in bankruptcy, and (ii) any other information reasonably requested by Buyer with respect to the Purchased Loans. Each monthly servicing report described above shall separately identify Purchased Loans subject to outstanding Transactions hereunder and the related Purchase Date therefor.
