Common use of Servicing Clause in Contracts

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A heretoherein, and that the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, as so modifiedmodified herein, are and shall be a part of this Assignment Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Sale and Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Sale and Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the servicing of the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed by the Servicer under the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A One hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement (including any provisions therein modified by this Agreement, as so modified), are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Warranties and Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Warranties and Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the servicing of the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed by it under the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A One hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Amended Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A heretoherein, and that the provisions of the Master Amended Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage --------- Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Warranties and Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Warranties and Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced --------- Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Warranties and Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Warranties and Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.

Servicing. The Servicer agrees, with respect to the Serviced Mortgage Loans, to perform and observe the duties, responsibilities and obligations that are to be performed and observed under the provisions of the Master Purchase, Warranties and Servicing Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein and on Exhibit A hereto, and that the provisions of the Master Purchase, Warranties and Servicing Agreement, as so modified, are and shall be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.
