Set Container Requirements. Each Set Container must satisfy the following criteria: (A) each Set Container must be a standard dry cargo or special container (other than a refrigerated or tank container) or other container-related equipment of similar classification and type; (B) each Set Container must either be (i) owned by the Lessee or an affiliate of the Lessee or a partnership of which the Lessee is a general partner; (ii) leased by the Lessee from third parties, such as the Lessor; or (iii) managed by the Lessee for the account of third parties; and (C) each Set Container must either be acquired by the Lessee or an affiliate of the Lessee or a partnership of which the Lessee is a general partner or committed to the Container Set between January 1, 1992 and December 31, 1994.
