SETOFF OF FINES. 1. The setoff of fines is only permitted with regard to judicial and administrative fines owed by the agency worker, this in accordance with Section 7:632, subsection 1 under a. of the Dutch Civil Code. Owed is taken to mean fines imposed on the employment agency due to a violation by the agency worker of a legal or administrative provision.
