Setting a PIN & PIN Security Sample Clauses
The 'Setting a PIN & PIN Security' clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities for creating and safeguarding a personal identification number (PIN) used to access an account or service. It typically outlines the process for selecting a secure PIN, such as minimum length or complexity, and emphasizes the user's duty to keep the PIN confidential and not share it with others. This clause is essential for protecting user accounts from unauthorized access and helps allocate responsibility for security breaches resulting from improper PIN management.

You will need to set a PIN for your virtual Card when you choose to add your Card to a digital wallet. (See Adding Your Card to a Digital Wallet.) When selecting a PIN, you should not use numbers or words that appear in your wallet (e.g., date of birth, address, or social security number). You must memorize your PIN and do not share it with anyone. Do not write the PIN on a Card or keep it in the same location as the Card.
