Setting and Notice of Committed Loan Rates. (a) The applicable interest rate for each Committed Loan hereunder shall be determined by the Agent in accordance with this Agreement and notice thereof shall be given by the Agent promptly to the Borrower and to each Lender. Each determination of the applicable interest rate by the Agent shall be conclusive and binding upon the parties hereto in the absence of demonstrable error.
