Setting and Notice of Interest Rates. The applicable Base Rate or SOFR rate shall be determined by Agent, and notice thereof shall be given by Agent promptly to Borrower and each Lender. Each determination of the applicable Base Rate or SOFR rate by Agent shall be conclusive and binding upon the parties hereto, in the absence of demonstrable error. Agent shall, upon written request of Borrower or any Lender, deliver to Borrower or such Lender a statement showing the computations used by Agent in determining any applicable SOFR rate hereunder.
