Common use of Setting of Field Laboratory Clause in Contracts

Setting of Field Laboratory. The Contractor shall have to establish a field laboratory with following minimum equipments on the instant work at his own cost. These instruments are conforming to IS Specifications duely calibrated from competent agency. Contractor has to carry out the calibration of said instruments as directed by the Engineer – in- charge on expiry date of calibration. On completion of work in all respect, the equipments will be the sole property of the contractor.
