Common use of Settlement Class Administrator Clause in Contracts

Settlement Class Administrator. The Court hereby approves Postlethwaite & Xxxxxxxxxxx 16 (“P&N”) to act as Class Administrator. P&N shall be required to perform all the duties of the Class 17 Administrator as set forth in the Agreement and this Order.
