Common use of Settlement Class Certification Clause in Contracts

Settlement Class Certification. 35. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained herein; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representative; and (3) Plaintiff’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

Settlement Class Certification. 3541. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 43, below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

Settlement Class Certification. 3548. For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 50, below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

(A) For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 2.6(C), below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representative; and (3) Plaintiff’s 's Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class to be certified for this settlement and for settlement purposes only shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 49, below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 52, below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: that (1a) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 38, below; (2b) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3c) Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 47, below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Settlement Class and Subclasses shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 51, below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Settlement Class for settlement purposes and shall be as the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 44 below; (2) Plaintiff Plaintiffs shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentatives; and (3) Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1a) the Settlement Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 46, below; (2b) Plaintiff Plaintiffs (except Xxxxxxx Xxxx and Velvet Nailer) shall represent the Settlement Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Settlement Class representativerepresentatives (the “Class Representatives”); and (3c) Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.

For the purposes of the Settlement only, the Parties stipulate and agree that: (1) the Class shall be certified in accordance with the definition contained hereinin Paragraph 45 below; (2) Plaintiff shall represent the Class for settlement purposes and shall be the Class representativeRepresentative; and (3) Plaintiff’s Counsel shall be appointed as Class Counsel.
