Common use of Settlement Class Data Clause in Contracts

Settlement Class Data. Within ten (10) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendant—if it has not already done so—will provide to the Administrator the Settlement Class Data in electronic format. Using the Settlement Class Data, the Administrator will determine the e-mail addresses and mailing addresses associated with each of the telephone numbers of the Settlement Class Members.

Settlement Class Data. The Administrator will certify that it has destroyed all copies of the Settlement Class Data following distribution of the Settlement Fund in accordance with this Agreement.

Within ten fifteen (1015) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendant—if it has not already done so—will provide to the Administrator Settlement Class Data sufficient to identify and provide notice to the Settlement Class Data in electronic format. Using the Settlement Class Data, the Administrator will determine the e-mail addresses and mailing addresses associated with each of the telephone numbers of the Settlement Class Members.
