Settlement of Conflicts. Clause 34.1. Any possible conflicts arising between the Concessionaire and other collective interest telecommunications service providers with respect to the interpretation and application of regulation may be submitted to Anatel, while exercising its regulatory body role, pursuant to articles 8 and 19 of Law No. 9,472 of 1997, upon: I – meeting to settle conflicts; II – mediation proceeding; and III – arbitration proceeding.
