Common use of Settlement of Debt Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Debt. Arvana will issue to Creditor two million five hundred and ninety thousand two hundred and ninety two (2,590,292) shares of its restricted common stock (“Settlement Shares”) as provided herein, valued for the purposes of this Agreement at four U.S. cents ($0.04) per share in full and complete satisfaction of the Debt.

Settlement of Debt. Arvana will issue to Creditor two million five Creditors one hundred and ninety forty eight thousand two nine hundred and ninety two (2,590,292148,900) shares of its restricted common stock (the “Settlement Shares”) as provided herein, herein valued for the purposes of this Agreement at four fifty U.S. cents ($0.040.50) per share in full and complete satisfaction of the Debt.

Arvana will issue to Creditor two twenty three million five one hundred and twenty four thousand three hundred and ninety thousand two hundred and ninety two nine (2,590,29223,124,399) shares of its restricted common stock (“Settlement Shares”) as provided herein, valued for the purposes of this Agreement at four U.S. cents ($0.04) per share in full and complete satisfaction of the Debt.

Arvana will issue to Creditor two one million five one hundred and ninety twelve thousand two nine hundred and ninety two ten (2,590,2921,112,910) shares of its restricted common stock (“Settlement Shares”) as provided herein, herein valued for the purposes of this Agreement at four ten U.S. cents ($0.040.10) per share in full and complete satisfaction of the Debt.

Settlement of Debt. Arvana will issue to Creditor one million one hundred and thirty two million five thousand six hundred and ninety thousand two hundred and ninety two (2,590,2921,132,690) shares of its restricted common stock (“Settlement Shares”) as provided herein, herein valued for the purposes of this Agreement at four ten U.S. cents ($0.040.10) per share in full and complete satisfaction of the Debt.
