Settlement of Disputes and Agent of Receiving Legal Procedure Documents. 8.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall be settled by friendly negotiation and discussion. If no agreement is reached through friendly negotiation and discussion, such dispute shall be finally arbitrated by Hong Kong International Arbitration Center(HKIAC) in accordance with HKIAC Arbitration Rules then in effect. Unless otherwise provided in the arbitration rules of HKIAC then in effect, the arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive method and procedure of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
