Settlement of Excess Cost Recovery Petroleum. EGPC has the right to take its entitlement of Excess Cost Recovery Petroleum under Article VII (a) (2) of the Agreement in kind during the said quarter. A settlement shall be required with the rendition of such Statements in case CONTRACTOR has taken more than its own entitlement of such Excess Cost Recovery Petroleum.
