Settlement of Infringement Actions. Neither Party may settle any infringement action covered by Section 6.6 in a manner that diminishes the rights or interests of the other Party without first obtaining the prior written consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) of such other Party. In any such settlement, Licensee only shall have the right to grant a sublicense in accordance with Article 2 hereof.
