Common use of Settlement of Issues Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Issues. The Parties understand and agree that issues may arise that were not anticipated and that could cause unforeseen difficulties for the Public Owners, Prime Contractors, Subcontractors, Unions, employees and the community.
