Common use of Settlement of Restricted Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Restricted Stock Units. Restricted Stock Units shall be settled in Shares, provided that the Company shall have no obligation to issue Shares pursuant to this Agreement unless and until such issuance otherwise complies with all applicable law. Prior to the time the Restricted Stock Units are settled, you will have no rights other than those of a general creditor of the Company. Restricted Stock Units represent an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.

Prior to the time the Restricted Stock Units are settled, you will have no rights other than those of a general creditor of the Company. Restricted Stock Units represent an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Companyincluding applicable securities laws.

Prior to the time the Restricted Stock Units are settledsettled upon vesting, you will have no rights other than those of a general creditor of the Company. Restricted Stock Units represent an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.
