Common use of Settlement of Vested Restricted Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Vested Restricted Stock Units. The Participant’s vested Restricted Stock Units shall be settled in Shares upon vesting of such Restricted Stock Units, provided that the Company shall have no obligation to issue Shares pursuant to this Agreement unless and until Participant has satisfied any applicable tax and/or other obligations pursuant to Section 10 below and such issuance otherwise complies with Applicable Laws.
