No later than ninety (90) days after the effective date of termination of this Agreement, IMS shall deliver to BSIC a detailed written statement for all charges incurred and not included in any previous statement to the effective date of termination. The amount owed by either party hereunder shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt of such statement.
