Settlement on Withdrawal. On the withdrawal of a Participating Plan from the Trust, the Trustee shall render to the Participating Plan a written account for the period from the date of the last written account to the Valuation Date on which the withdrawal of the Participating Plan is effective. Payment to the withdrawing Participating Plan according to the statement of account shall constitute a full and final settlement unless, within ninety (90) days after sending the statement, the Participating Plan notifies the Trustee in writing of its objection to the accounting. Disputes regarding such account or settlement shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.3.
