Settlement Payments to Participating Class Members. If the Settlement is granted final approval, after deduction of any Court-approved attorneys’ fees, litigation expenses, service payments to the Class Representatives, and expenses of settlement administration, the remaining amount (“Net Settlement Amount”) will be divided equally between the Participating Class Members.
