Settlement/purchase. Subject to the Customer having fulfilled its obligation to make payment according to the Trade in question, the Financial Instruments to which the Trade relates shall be transferred to the Customer, unless otherwise provided by law, applicable regulations, the Market rules or pursuant to separate agreement with, or instructions from the Customer: i) in respect of Financial Instruments for which the owner is to be registered at a CSD/equivalent or instruments which are to be recorded on a custodian account with the Bank, through the Bank undertaking the necessary registration measures;
