Settlements; Admissions. The Parties agree not to make any admission concerning claim invalidity or enforceability concerning such Patents or Patent Applications, without the prior written consent of the other Party, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, until such action is finally resolved, terminated or settled.
