Settlements Disputes. All disputes regarding Settlement Amounts must be filed by the Merchant to Givex in writing, within ninety (90) days following the date of settlement. No disputes or complaints by Merchant shall be accepted after 90 days, and following such period, the settlement of the relevant Transaction shall become irrevocable, irreversible and final.
