Settlements or Releases Sample Clauses

Settlements or Releases. Each Borrower consents and agrees that, without notice to or by such Borrower, and without affecting or impairing the liability of such Borrower hereunder, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the LC Issuers may, by action or inaction (i) compromise, settle, extend the duration or the time for the payment of, or discharge the performance of, or may refuse to or otherwise not enforce this Agreement and the Loan Documents, or any part thereof, with respect to the other Borrowers or any Guarantor; (ii) release the other Borrowers or any Guarantor or grant other indulgences to the other Borrowers or any Guarantor in respect thereof; or (iii) release or substitute any Guarantor, if any, of the Obligations, or enforce, exchange, release, or waive any security, if any, for the Obligations or any other guaranty of the Obligations, or any portion thereof.
