Common use of Severability and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Severability and Amendment. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any and all other provisions hereof. Client acknowledges that Fundrise Advisors may amend this Agreement from time to time by notifying Client by email or message to Client’s Fundrise Advisors user account, which amendment will be effective immediately (except as provided in Section 5(a)).
