Severability and Counterparts. (a) If any term of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this Agreement, including all of the remaining terms, will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included. (b) This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original of this Agreement and all of which when taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the sameagreement.
