Severability and Enforcement. This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the Province or State in which ACTIVITIES are conducted and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I intend for this Agreement to apply any time I am present at any FACILITY during dates noted above.
