Common use of Severability and Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Severability and Enforcement. If any terms, covenants or conditions in this Agreement, or the applications thereof to any person, party, place or circumstance, shall be held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or void, the remainder of this Agreement or the application of such terms, covenants or conditions as applied to other persons, parties, places and circumstances shall remain in full force and effect.
