Common use of Severability and Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Severability and Governing Law. 11.1 Should any of the provisions in this Agreement be declared or be determined to be illegal or invalid, all remaining parts, terms or provisions shall be valid, and the illegal or invalid part, term or provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement. 11.2 This Agreement is made and entered into in the State of Texas and shall in all respects be interpreted, enforced and governed under the laws of Texas without regard to the principles of conflicts of law.
