Common use of Severability and Survivability Clause in Contracts

Severability and Survivability. All provisions contained in this Agreement are severable. In the event that any one of them is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement will be interpreted as if such provision was not included and the other provisions, however, will still apply.
