Common use of Severability and Survivability Clause in Contracts

Severability and Survivability. This Arbitration Agreement shall survive: (i) termination or changes in the Agreement or the relationship between you and us concerning the Agreement; and (ii) the bankruptcy of any party. If any portion of this Arbitration Agreement (except for paragraph (L) above) is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not invalidate the remaining portions of this Arbitration Agreement. However, if paragraph (L) of this Arbitration Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then this entire Arbitration Agreement shall be deemed invalid and unenforceable.
