Common use of Severability; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Severability; Conflicts. Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be invalid or illegal, such illegality shall not invalidate the whole of the Agreement, but, rather, the Agreement shall be construed as if it did not contain the illegal part or narrowed to permit its enforcement, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.
